This service allows you to generate and print discounted USPS/UPS from the convenience of your home/office at no extra cost. In fact, even though there are many such service providers online, we are the only ones that are completely FREE (no monthly account fees etc). and our shipping labels are discounted as compared to the what you would pay at the Post Office or UPS Store counter!  There is no "trial period" and no maximum on the number of labels/orders you can process every month.
There is absolutely NO catch or fine print. The service is truly free and you only pay for the labels you generate.
We have a special arrangement with the USPS (Post Office) and the UPS to generate heavily discounted shipping labels. We are simply passing on the savings to you! Discounts up to 42% on some services are available at no extra cost to you.
You can either generate shipping labels directly from your dashboard or by entering your order first. We provide a full suite of inventory and order management system free of charge! If you are an online seller, we highly recommend using these tools to keep track of your inventory and orders.
Once you sign up, you will see the various ways of funding your account in your dashboard. Before you can generate any shipping labels, you will need to add funds to your account.
Once you generate a shipping label, you have 20 calendar days to get a refund for it. Simply search for that label from your Dashboard menu and click on 'Refund Label' button. Once you request a refund for a shipping label, you must destroy any printed labels. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to get credited to your account.
Absolutely! To get any refund of unused postage, simply email us at support@uswss.com and we will process your refund within one business day.
To close your account permanently, please send us an email at support@uswss.com and we will contact you within one business day. Please note that when you close your account permanently, you will lose all order and shipping information along with it. If you do not want to use your account, simply get a refund of any unused postage as mentioned above.
We do not have a publicly available API at this time. However, if you are a volume user, we can work with you to integrate your e-commerce software into our systems. Please contact us for more information.
