USPS/UPS Label Creation :
You can create USPS (US Postal Services) or UPS (United Parcel Services) labels for any package from anywhere in the world. There is NO setup fees and NO monthly account fees to pay when you use this service. This service is completely free and you only pay for the actual cost of the label. The USPS/UPS labels are also available to you at a discounted price (up to 42% cheaper than retail prices).
Inventory Storage :
You can store your inventory with us for a very small price of $35.00 per cubic meter or $1.00 per cubic foot. This is a FLAT RATE applicable to all months of the year. Unlike FBA, we do not increase our rates during "peak times" of the year. Your space usage is averaged over the month and you only pay for what you actually use during a given month. To give you an idea of space consumption: 1 Cubic Meter can hold 300 medium-sized books (most textbooks) or about 500 small-sized books (most general reading books and novels). If your inventory consists of oversized or very heavy items, you will need to contact us for special pricing (item-dependent).
Picking/Packing Inventory :
We pick and pack your inventory at very nominal rates. These rates start at $0.50 per item only and the pricing details can found on the Pricing page.
Package Drop-Offs :
We will drop off your shipped packages to the Post Office or the UPS facility 6 days a week. There is NO CHARGE for this service.
Returns Processing :
We will process all customer returns for you if they are sent back to our address. You must use our return address when generating shipping labels to take advantage of this service. There is NO FEE for this service. Once a return is processed, the returned item is visible in your inventory in your dashboard and the item is marked as 'Returned' in your order details.
Special Shipping Rates For Books :
If you are a bookseller, you can take advantage of ultra-low shipping rates by using Bound Printed Matter shipping for books. These rates are typically 20-40% lower than Media Mail rates. In order to take advantage of these rates, USPS requires special sorting software and at least 300 mail pieces to be dropped off at their facility. We are able to combine your orders with other orders and offer you these rates at no extra cost to you. Check out the Pricing page to get an idea of how much you can save on postage by using BPM.
