1. Start with sending us your inventory either through Air/Sea Freight or courier services like UPS, FedEx or DHL. Our local shipping experts can assist you in your country for the completion of any paperwork at your end and help you send your inventory without any hassles. Please contact us for more details. You have to pay for any shipping costs at your end and in your home country. We will also assist you in Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding once your shipment reaches the United States.
2. We receive your inventory at our end in the US and we take care of all import formalities and paperwork at our end. Import costs are minimal (typically $200-$400 for a 1000 KG LCL shipment) and they are borne by you. We provide you with all invoices as they get generated. We do not charge anything above what is charged by the concerned entities (Customs brokers, freight forwarder, US CBP etc). There are no such charges involved when you send your inventory through courier services, but courier rates are much higher as compared to Air/Sea freight rates.
3. Your inventory is unpacked and stored in our warehouse in San Jose, CA. Each item is given a unique item number which is also known to you through your inventory management portal. Our warehouse is highly secure and insured against all natural calamities and theft. Your inventory is 100% secure at all times. Should there be any damage of any sort to your inventory, you are compensated for the full value of your merchandise. At this point, you are ready to sell in the US!
4. As you sell online, you simply upload your orders into our system or you can allow us to fetch your orders from various marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Abebooks, Valorebooks, Everytext etc). Your orders are shipped out the same day with tracking number. Tracking numbers are available either immediately (if you generate the shipping label) or within a few hours (when we ship out your item).
5. If any item is returned by your customer, we unpack the returned item and mark it as "Returned" against the order. After quality inspection; the item is returned to your inventory and made available for sale again.
