Pricing
USPS Label Creation :
There is no fee to create USPS/UPS labels. In fact, we provide labels at commercial plus pricing which is up to 40% lower than retail pricing.
Inventory Storage :
You pay a flat rate of $35.00 per cubic meter ($1.00 per cubic foot) of storage space used. Unlike FBA, there is no extra charge during "peak months" and storage rate remains constant throughout the year. To give you an idea, 1 cubic meter can contain 300 medium-sized books (Eg. regular textbooks) and more than 500 small-sized books (Eg. novels etc).
The maximum weight of any inventory item cannot exceed 30 Lbs or 15 Kgs. and the maximum dimension (length, width or height) cannot exceed 48 inches.
Picking/Packing Fee :
Packed Items: If your items are prepackaged (you sent them packed to us) then the fee is reduced to a flat 10% of the value of the shipping label generated. For example, you generate a shipping label for an item (regardless of its weight or size) and the shipping label cost $4.00; then your fee would be $0.40 only. If the same item is present with USWSS as pre-packaged and unpacked; we will ship the pre-packaged items before the unpacked items.
Unpacked Items: This fee covers the labor and packaging material charges on a per order basis and is charged according to the weight of the entire order. The items are packaged securely using sturdy and padded mailers or boxes. For fragile items; ample cushioning material (bubble wrap, air-wrap, "peanuts", styrofoam etc). is used. The chart below gives the picking/packing fee for each order weight. Please note that an order may contain one or more items and you are only charged for the weight of the entire order and not on a per-item basis.

Package Drop Offs :
There is NO CHARGE for dropping off packages at the Post Office or the UPS Facility. We do drop offs 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
Returns Processing :
There is NO CHARGE for accepting returns from your customers. Returns are processed immediately and the item(s) returned are entered into inventory immediately. If a returned item is damaged or otherwise not sale-able, we will notify you via email.
Special Shipping Rates For Books :
We hold an exclusive license with the USPS to ship books at an ultra low rate using standard mail. The chart below gives the shipping rates and transit times for various USPS services. All services come with a free tracking number/delivery confirmation number.
